Participation Information
All manufacturers, distributors, traders, and organizations dealing covered by the exhibit profile are eligible to participate as exhibitors.
The organizer reserves the right to determine the exhibition eligibility of participants, products to be displayed, and also the right to determine the location and the number of booth(s) for each exhibitor.
Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
The organizer does not act as a sponsor for exhibitors in their entry visa applications.

Remarks:
1. Basic booth set-up is included.
2. The Exhibition Manual which contains the booth facilities order form will be sent after booth allocation.
3. Each booth will be provided with one reception desk, two foldable chairs, Fascia, Carpet, one wastebasket, 110V/500W electricity.
4. Three free exhibit staff badges.
5. 50 free buyer invitations.

Payment Schedule
I. Upon acceptance of application, the exhibitor will be invoiced for US$500 per booth as deposit. Deposit must be paid upon the receipt of the invoice.
II. If unable to attend allocation meeting, the organizer will assist with picking booth location. After that, the organizer will notify applicants of their booth number(s), space location, and the balance payment must be paid before January 31, 2010.
III. Upon the receipt of payment, each exhibitor will receive an Exhibition Manual which provides
detailed information and procedures on electricity, shipping instructions, travel agent, forwarding & handling agent, booth set-up and facilities
contractor.
IV. All payment should be remitted via telegraphic transfer payable to:

V. In case of cancellation, space rental fee already paid will not be refunded under any circumstances including cases involving visa difficulties.

Space Allocation
The pre-show orientation will be held on February 3rd, 2010 in the conference room at TWTC. Space allocation priorities are based on:
a. Number of Booth(s) requested.
b. Date of Application (on a first-come, first-served basis).
c. Drawings are used to determine priority for those with the same status.

¡ERegular promotion events and campaigns;
¡EPre-Show promotions in domestic and overseas media coverage;
¡EOnline marketing, the latest information will be sent to the exhibitors and reliable recipients via emails.
¡´Pre-Show Press Conference:
The pre-show press conference will be held on March 23rd, 2010 in the conference room at TWTC. The exhibitors will be informed in advance if the conference is due to be rescheduled.
