The stalls at the corner positions require an extra NTD 5,000.00 on top of the rental fee for 9 m2.Double-decker stalls require an extra NTD 15,000.00 on top of the rental fee for 9 m2.

Applicants' Qualification:
All domestic or foreign manufacturers, representatives and distributors of all products,
equipments and components that are related to this exhibition, academic research groups or organizations, people from technology and service spheres, cultivating and training and other green industry related businesses, are welcome to participate in this exhibition.

Exhibitor passes:
Each stall will be given 3 free passes. With these passes, the representatives will be able to freely enter into/exit from the exhibition site and to participate in every activity during the whole period of the exhibition. Extra passes will be charged NTD 650.00 per pass.

How to apply:
Please fill out the application form and send it along with the rental fee for the stall or receipt from the bank to the following address before the deadline: 30st June, 2007:

If applicants do not make the payment before the deadline, all preferential treatments and
rights will be abolished. The Organizer of this exhibition shall send out bill warnings to the applicants. If applicants do not make the payment before the deadline, the Organizer will have to cancel his/her application and resale his/her stall to other applicants.

Cancellation and refund:
Applicants, who need to cancel the application after the registration has been completed and payment has been received due to some emergency, will need to inform the Organizer via a written document. Applicants who send out the cancellation notification before 30st of June 2007
will be able to receive a refund of 50% of what has been paid, Applicants who send out the cancellation notification before 31st of July 2007 will be able to receive a refund of 30% of what has been paid; a no refund is given for the cancellations received after the 1st of August, 2007.

Allocation of stalls:
In principle, stands will be allotted according to the need of applicants. The Organizer has the right to make all final decisions.

Advertising Plan for the Exhibition
1. Advertising organic agricultural products in Taiwan.
Other related educational advertisements promoting organic products in Taiwan include:
5000 copies of consumer guides for Taiwan organic lifestyle, 1000 copies of exhibition
posters, 600 pairs of exhibition flags, 25,000 copies of Chinese-English exhibition booklets,30 thousand copies of exhibition and product introductions. The publications mentioned above are purposely designed for related industries and business, official departments, academic spheres etc. They will also be available at bookstores, all organic product shops and at the exhibition site. The audience will be either able to get media for free or will need to pay for the copies.

Qualification:
All applicants (Participants) will have to be legitimate registered companies, business
organizations or individuals in Taiwan. The Organizer has the right to demand the exhibitors to show their latest business registration certificates, company registration certificates,business registration documents, business cards, products catalogues, ID or other related documents that might be requested by the Organizer in order to ensure all participants are exhibiting the concerted and permitted products and services.

Acceptance of the application:
The Organizer will start examining all applications on the 1st of August 2007 and acceptance notifications will be sent to all selected participants. All participants must make the payment before the 31st of July 2007. Acceptance of participation and exhibits will be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organizer. Furthermore, the Organizer has the right to reject any illegitimate or non-suitable applicants.

Note:
All participants are responsible to arrange their own staff for storage management, sales and promotion during the period of the exhibition at their own costs.
