1、進樣量太大使色譜柱或檢測器形成飽和，減少進樣量或降低樣品濃度。

2、進樣器是否存在漏氣現象或玻璃襯管是否存在破損現象。

3、氣相色譜分析儀采用分流進樣方式時，檢查分流比及分析條件的設置是否正確。

4、采用不分流進樣方式時，檢查分析條件的設置是否正確。

5、嚐試提高進樣器、檢測器的溫度，改善峰的形狀。
