如何確定毛細管柱的液膜厚度？

1、液膜厚度影響柱子的保留特性和柱容量。厚度增加，保留也增加。

2、0.1～0.2μm ：薄液膜厚度的毛細管柱比厚液膜的毛細管柱洗脫組分快，所需柱溫度低，且高溫下柱流失較小，適用高沸點的化合物的分析。

3、0.25～0.5μm ：常用的液膜厚度。

4、厚液膜：對分析低沸點的化合物較為有利。
