　　1、打開電腦
 
　　2、打開主機、預熱
 
　　3、進入儀器工作站，聯機並設定儀器使用方法及儀器參數
 
　　4、啟動泵的動力係統預處理(排氣等)
 
　　5、檢查是否漏夜、柱壓是否正常
 
　　6、設置儀器方法，包括儀器的使用條件等
 
　　7、激活操作方法，等待儀器平衡、基線平直
 
　　8、儀器出現“Ready”後可進行樣品分析
 
　　9、操作測試結束後，清理所有實驗材料，做好清潔衛生
 
　　10、記錄儀器使用日誌，並與管理員辦理交接手續
 
　　液相色譜儀5大注意事項
 
　　1、液相色譜儀的流動相應采用色譜純溶劑，以滿足儀器要求、避免損壞色譜柱；
 
　　2、嚴禁使用有汙染的水等衝洗色譜柱，避免將互不相溶的溶劑一同進入泵內；
 
　　3、流動相需經過濾、除氣後方可使用；
 
　　4、待分析的樣品必須*溶解澄清、過濾，以避免堵塞、損壞色譜柱；
 
　　5、分析完成後，須注意及時清洗色譜柱和檢測器的比色池。
